We weren’t very interested in engagement photos, it just wasn’t something we felt like we needed but we booked Alix for our wedding and we thought it might be a good idea so we’d get to know Alix better and so we’d feel more prepared for how photos would feel on our wedding day. We are SO happy we did. We went to the Oregon coast for our engagement photos last September and they turned out so well. We were so happy with our engagement photos we wondered how it would be possible to beat them on our wedding day. I’m not even sure which ones we like better. Both sessions went so well as far as working with Alix and beyond our wildest dreams as far as the quality of photos goes. She gave great direction for two idiots that don’t know how to be behind a camera and she I didn’t have to give her much direction as far they photos I wanted, in fact she helped ME figure that out. She was always extremely responsive when we contacted her every single time which is so important. In fact, I just contacted her for something, three months post-wedding, and she responded within minutes! After receiving both our engagement and wedding photos, each time we had a hard time picking our favorites because there were just too many! Both sets are ridiculously stunning and I feel so happy and lucky that we have so many amazing photos to remember these times in our lives. She has a great eye for photography and does absolutely incredible work! Hire Alix - you won’t regret it!”
