These two came from Utah for me to take their bridal photos at Hug Point and Cannon Beach.

They are such babes. So young and in love.I actually shot Shay’s sister’s wedding a few years back so it was so great to see Shay all grown up! I love when people come for a weekend adventure shoot. These two danced and played and laughed in the extremely rare Oregon coast sunlight.

When taking photos at the coast, your dress is going to get dirty. I warned Shay beforehand that it would, and that the best thing to do is to let it go. You can wash all that sand right out! As long as you watch out for mud, you are good! She was such a trooper and didn’t let her worry show on her face. I love when people aren’t afraid to get dirty for a good pic. And as you can see, it was totally worth it!

My favorite thing about shooting at Hug Point is that it’s just a quick 8 minute drive to Haystack Rock/Canon Beach. After shooting with some caves and rock formations, we hopped in the car and went to Haystack Rock for some epic sunset photos. What a perfect day!
